Q : Where do I send my monthly mortgage payment?

A : Your regular monthly mortgage payment must be mailed to the following address for prompt processing: Laureate Capital LLC, Post Office Box 890445, Charlotte, NC 28289-0445. Do Not send Correspondence to this Address.

Rental checks from tenants (for CTL loan payments) must be mailed to the following address for prompt processing: Laureate Capital LLC, Post Office Box 890090, Charlotte, NC 28289-0090. Do Not Send Correspondence to this Address.

Q : What if I want to overnight my monthly payment?

A : You may express mail your payment to the following address: Laureate Capital LLC, Attn: Lockbox 890445, 5130 Parkway Plaza Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28217-1964. Do Not Send Correspondence to this Address.

Q : What is the correspondence mailing address?

A : All correspondence should be mailed to Laureate Capital LLC, 227 West Trade Street, Suite 400, Charlotte, NC 28202. Do Not mail payments to this address.

Q : Can I wire my monthly mortgage payment?

A : Yes, under special circumstances. Please call your Asset Analyst for information.

Q : Can I have my monthly mortgage payment drafted from my bank account?

A : Yes. Just complete the autodraft form in its entirely and send to the correspondence address listed above.

Q : How can I obtain payment coupons?

A : Laureate does not provide coupons, but rather monthly billing statements that are mailed out around the 15th of each month for the next payment due date.

Q : My monthly billing statement shows an outstanding late fee. How can I have this fee waived?

A : Please provide a written request for waiver to include an explanation, to the attention of your Asset Analyst. Your analyst will notify your lender and advise you of their decision.

Q : How soon after December 31st will I receive my yearend statement?

A : Laureate will provide you with a statement showing all loan activity for the prior yearend on or before January 31st. However, to accommodate your immediate needs you can access this information via our website.

Q : My loan recently closed and I have not received any payment information.

A : If you have not received a welcome letter by the time of your first payment, please call 704-332-4454 and ask to speak to an Asset Analyst.

Q : Who do I contact regarding a prepayment calculation?

A : All requests for prepayment must be in writing and forwarded to the attention of your Asset Analyst.

Q : What is the amount of the last real estate tax payment or last insurance payment made from my escrow account?

A : You may view that information as well as much more through our Loan Inquiry system. You may log in using your loan number as your ID and tax identification number as your password.

Q : I think there is too much money in my escrow account. How do I get a refund?

A : Laureate analyzes your escrow accounts each year after the payment of your real estate taxes. You will receive a copy of this analysis that will detail what is done with any surplus or deficit in your account.
